HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

We want you to feel as secure buying through KASHMIRHANDCRAFTS as possible, therefore we offer a few different ways to place an order:

Order online: When you place an order through our website you will find it safe, easy, and fast. You can make changes and review what you have entered nearly every step of the way. Available 24 hours a day.

Call us: Our sales and service team is ready to place your order over the phone. You can reach us at (617) 236-7001, Mon-Sat: 10-8 and Sun: 12-5 EST.

WHAT ARE MY PAYMENT OPTIONS?

PAYPAL: We accept payments through Paypal. You can use your current PayPal account to make the payment or you can choose to pay with your credit card during the checkout process. If you don’t have an account simply choose “Pay with a debit or credit card” on PayPal page and enter the requested details to complete the transaction. You can choose to pay with Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express cards while using PayPal.

BY PHONE: You can also place an order over the phone. Simply call us at 617-236-7001 and provide us required information.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We ship purchases within 24 hours of receiving your order. Delivery schedules are estimated. Actual delivery times may vary depending on shipping locations.

HOW DO I CHECK STATUS OF MY ORDER?

When your order ships, we will notify you via email. Included in your email will be a tracking number for your shipment. We encourage customers to track their package online or on the phone with the carrier. Be sure to contact us if anything seems unusual with the tracking of the shipment. You can also track your packages via Track my order option on our website homepage. Please note we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or Military APOs.

HOW DO I RETURN OR EXCHANGE?

We want you to love every item you purchase from us. However, if you don’t, you may return or exchange your purchase within 14 days of delivery.  Return credits are issued within 72 hours once the item is received and inspected. Merchandise purchased and returned within 14 days will be credited in the original tender or merchandise credit.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable for returns as well as exchanges. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. For exchanges we will determine the shipping charges and you will be required to pay the charges before new item is shipped.

DO YOU ISSUE STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS?

Yes we do. If you wish to return any item within 14 days and choose to receive store credit for future purchase we will gladly issue you a store credit receipt which will never expire. Store credit may only be used from the account to which it was originally credited. Store Credit cannot be transferred to another person or account.

WILL I RECEIVE ORDER CONFIRMATION?

After your order is completed, you will automatically be sent an “Order Confirmation” email to the email address you entered during checkout. The subject line will say “Order Confirmation from KASHMIRHANDCRAFTS” and will contain your order number. This email is your receipt – so don’t delete it! We encourage you to review the order and advise us of any spelling or numerical mistakes so that we can quickly make any necessary changes.If you do not receive an “Order Confirmation” email from us within 24 hours of placing your order, you should contact us immediately and we will be glad to provide you further assistance.

WILL I BE CHARGED SALES TAX?

One of the best things about buying through Kashmir Handcrafts is that we do not have to charge sales tax, except orders shipped to Massachusetts. Kashmir Handcrafts is not responsible for individual states’ sales tax reporting laws pertaining to online purchases, so we encourage you to check your state’s regulations before you shop.Note to customers shipping to Colorado: Pursuant to Colorado law, the purchaser is required to file a sales or use tax return, and may be required to pay sales or use tax on certain items.

DO YOU OFFER PROMOTIONAL CODES?

When you join our email list, you will become eligible for the various discounts and promotions we offer periodically on select items. Should you receive a promotion code from us via email, be sure to enter it during checkout in order to apply the discount that is being offered. Please contact us if you have any questions or need assistance with this feature. (Please note, many promotional codes and coupons are limited to one per purchase).

HOW DO YOU CALCULATE SHIPPING RATES?                                                         

Shipping rates are calculated according to the purchase value of your entire order. Handling charges are included in the shipping charges.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING: For shipping within the United States kindly choose “within USA” shipping option during the checkout process. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: If you would like to have an order shipped outside the United States, kindly choose “outside USA” shipping option during the checkout process. DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOM DUTIES FOR SHIPPING OUTSIDE UNITED STATES?

For all international shipments (Outside United States), all applicable duties and taxes including VAT are to be paid by the customer. we will send you complete details of the shipment including invoice, packing list or any other customs related documentations by email. In most cases our shipping service (UPS, FedEx, DHL or any other similar service) shall be responsible for clearing the customs at the port of destination. However if such service is not provided by the shipping courier then the customer will be informed and shall be responsible for clearing the shipment at the post of destination at their own expense.

We will extend our fullest cooperation to get your shipment cleared from the customs as soon as possible.
